OBJECTIVE
The programme is intended to make the participants job-ready.
PARTICIPANT
The ideal student would be senior students who are on the threshold of making a transition from the ‘Campus to Corporate’.
STRUCTURE
- Overview of the corporate environment
- Facing an interview, writing a resume
- Personality development Peer group consultation
- Logic and reasoning – Problem Solving Group and team dynamics.
- Developing a support team Reflection and feedback.
